1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Implementation Of A Video Monitoring System At The Training Base In Kalu.2. The Full Scope Of Services Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Symbol According To The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): – 51310000-8 – Services Of Installing Television, Radio, Sound And Video Equipment, – 71220000-6 – Architectural Design Services.4. All Built-In Devices And Construction Products Should Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Recommends A Site Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Inspection Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. 47 725 54 98.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.9. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.10. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To Swz.11. The Consent Of The Ordering Party Is Required For The Contractor To Conclude An Agreement With A Subcontractor. If The Ordering Party Does Not Raise Any Objections Or Reservations Within 30 Days From The Contractors Presentation Of The Draft Contract With The Subcontractor, Together With Part Of The Documentation For The Performance Of The Works Specified In The Draft Contract, The Ordering Party Is Deemed To Have Consented To The Contractor Concluding The Contract With The Subcontractor.12. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has Authorization To Sell And Implement The Manufacturer Of The Offered Software.13. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Certificates In The Field Of: A) Quality Of Sales Of It Systems And Technical Security Systems, B) Design, Sale And Implementation Of It Solutions For The Management Of Technical Security Systems, C) Provision Of Maintenance Services For It Solutions And Technical Security Systems.15. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Section 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Hereinafter Referred To As The Labor Code Act.16.
