Road-Repair Works – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For The Maintenance, Repair And Development Of The Communal Roads Of The City Of Dieppe. The Consultation Took Place Under A Formalized Procedure And Will Result In The Conclusion Of A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders (Principle Of Cascading Between The Holders Of The Framework Agreement). The Terms And Conditions For Placing Purchase Orders And The Conditions For Price Revision Are Explained Respectively In The Specifications Of Special Administrative Clauses (Ccap). The Framework Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 12 Months From Its Notification Date, Tacitly Renewable Three Times Per Similar Period, I.E. A Total Duration Of 48 Months. The Terms And Conditions For Issuing Purchase Orders Are Described In The Ccap. This Consultation Does Not Include Any Optional Installments Or Possible Additional Services And It Prohibits Variants.
