Restaurant And Food-Serving Services – Provision Of Gastronomic Services In The Building Of The Slavie Cultural House. The Slavie Cultural House Is A Neo-Renaissance Building And A Protected Cultural Monument Located In České Budějovice On The Banks Of The Malše River In Close Proximity To The Historic Core Of The City. Since Its Inception, The Building Has Served As The Center Of The Citys Cultural, Social And Political Events For Decades. Theaters And A Whole Range Of Cultural Associations, Movements And Ensembles Were Based Here. This Tradition Is Now Followed By A Newly Renovated Building, And The Operation Of Gastronomic Services Should Correspond To The Character And Mission Of The Building. The Subject Of The Concession Will Be The Operation/Provision Of Gastronomic Services Consisting Of The Operation Of A Restaurant, A Cafe And Two (2) Bars In The Designated Premises Of The Slavie Cultural House. The Selected Supplier Will Operate/Provide Restaurant And Possibly Catering Activities In The Designated Premises Of The Slavie Cultural House Under The Conditions Set Out In The Concession Agreement. The Operation Of The Restaurant Will Correspond To The Operation Of A Separate Restaurant, I.E. A Restaurant Operated Regardless Of The Holding Of Events In The Slavie Cultural House. Gastronomic Activities In The Cafe And Two (2) Bars Will Be Provided Primarily In Connection With The Actions (Events) Held In The Slavie Cultural House. In This Context, Events Are Mainly Theater Performances, Other Public Appearances, Conferences, Concerts, Balls And Other Similar Events Organized In The Cultural House Of Slavia. A Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Concession, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Tender, Is Given In The Annexes To This Tender Documentation, In Particular In Annex No. 1 – Business Terms And Conditions (In The Form Of A Binding Draft Of The Concession Contract) (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The “Draft Agreement”), Annex No. 2 – Description Of The Gastro Operations (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Description Of The Operation”) And Annex No. 3 – Description Of The Equipment, Layout (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Description Of The Equipment”). The Client Points Out That The Reconstruction Of The Slavie Cultural House Was Co-Financed Through A Subsidy.
