Railway Traffic Control Software Development Services – Okm4e – Online Key Management For Etcs. Sbb Infrastructure Is The Etcs Ch System Leader On Behalf Of The Federal Office Of Transport (Bav). In This Role, She Operates The Key Management Center Switzerland (Kmc-Ch) And Is Responsible For The Management, Creation And Distribution Of The Cryptographic Keys For All Radio Block Centers (Rbc) Used On The Swiss Rail Network As Well As For All Etcs Vehicles Registered In Switzerland. The Existing Offline System Km4e — Key Management For Etcs Is Operated On A Standalone Pc And No Longer Meets The Growing Technical And Regulatory Requirements. It Is To Be Replaced By A Modern Server Solution Okm4e — Online Key Management For Etcs. The New System Must Support Both Offline And Online Key Management, Be Able To Be Integrated Into Sbbs Existing Public Key Infrastructure (Pki) And Meet High Security Requirements. The Award Of The Contract Includes The Development, Integration, Installation, Migration And Commissioning Of The Okm4e System In A First Phase And The Subsequent Maintenance And Support In A Second Phase. The Basic Term Of The Entire Order Is 10 Years From Commissioning; The Maximum Contract Period Is 25 Years Including Options. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Procure The Application Okm4e - Online Key Management For Etcs Including Development, Integration, Installation, Migration And Commissioning As Well As Subsequent Maintenance And Support Over The Basic Contract Term Of 10 Years.
