Construction Work – Offer Of Trade Contract Agreement Regarding Landscape Work Related To Total Renovation Of Ishøj Local Center - Aab Dept. 55. This Tender Concerns A Construction Contract For The Execution Of The Landscape Project In Connection With Lokalcenter Vejleåparken For Boligforeningen Aab. The Building Is Located At Strandgården 11-15 And 19-21, 2635 Ishøj. Matr. No. 16A. The Task Includes All Landscaping Work In A Specialist Contract, In Connection With A Total Renovation Of The Local Centre, Which Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Center For Foundations And The Rebuilding Of A New Center On Existing Or Reinforced Foundations. This Is Carried Out In A Separate Tender Where The Main Contractor Will Coordinate With The Current Contract. Vejleåparken Was Built In 1970-1973 And Was At The Time Denmarks Largest Residential Area With More Than 1,700 Tenancies. The Building Consists Of Three Large Squares Four Storeys High, Which Are Connected By A Pedestrian Street. Vejleåparkens Housing Underwent A Significant Renovation In 2004-2007. The Local Center Is Located On The Pedestrian Street In The Middle Of The Building.
