The Brudermühlbrücke Is A Seven-Lane Road Bridge Over The Isar As Part Of The Middle Ring (B2r) And Connects The Districts Of Sendling And Untergiesing-Harlaching. The Entire Structure Consists Of Two Road Bridges (Built In 1969 And 1988) And A Pedestrian Underpass. Based On The Structural Tests And Reports, There Is A Need For Comprehensive Repairs. Significant Measures Include: - Renewal Of The Road Crossing Structures, - Renewal Of The Building Seals As Well As The Caps And Cornice Beams - Renewal Of The Bridge Railing - Optimization Of The Drainage (Gutter Systems) - New Construction Of Abutment Stairs In Addition, A Feasibility Study Is Currently Examining Whether The Sections In The Structure Can Be Relocated To A Section Culvert Below The Isar. The Overall Measure Is Highly Traffic-Sensitive. Due To The High Traffic Load On The Middle Ring, The Aim Is To Achieve Traffic Routing With The Highest Possible Performance In Each Direction During Construction. Closures Are Only Possible For A Limited Time. The Project Must Be Closely Coordinated With Measures On Neighboring Isar Bridges (Wittelsbacher Brücke, Thalkirchner Brücke). Other Special Requirements: - Location In The “Isarauen” Landscape Protection Area And The “Upper Isar Valley” Natura 2000 Area - Areas Affected (District Heating, Gas, Electricity, Water, Telecommunications) - Coordination Of Many Stakeholders: Internal Stakeholders: Mobility Department, Climate And Environmental Protection Department, Construction Department (Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Grants And Awards), Social Department, Cultural Department As Well As External Stakeholders: Swm, Mvg, Mse, Departmental Bodies, Wwa, Emergency Services) The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Project Management For The Areas Of Activity A - E In Project Stages 1 To 5 According To Aho Issue No. 9 For The Project General Repair Of The Brudermühl Bridge (Bw 33/4A, 33/4B, 33/4C). The Services Include Complete, Technical, Content-Related And Organizational Support Of The Project Throughout The Entire Duration Until Project Completion.
