Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Moving Companies. The Contract Relates To The Purchase Of Moving Services For The Ordering Party. These Are Movements Within Or Between The Ordering Partys Buildings, Or To/From The Storage Location, Cf. 9 In Appendix 2 – Requirements Specification. Excluded From The Contract Are Removals Where The Ordering Party Has Very Special Requirements For The Nature Of The Removal, Including E.G. - But Not Limited To - Moving Museum Objects, Printers, Musical Instruments, For Cultural And Sporting Events, Aids, Confidential Documents And The Like. For A More Detailed Description Of The Services Offered, Including The Requirements The Services Must Meet, Please Refer To Annex 2 – Specification Of Requirements And Annex 4 – List Of Offers. The Contract Is A Contract In Accordance With The Rules In The Public Procurement Act. The Contract Generally Does Not Entail An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase A Specific Amount Of The Services Covered By The Contract. The Ordering Party Thus Does Not Commit Itself Beyond Its Actual Needs. The Quantities Stated In The Tender List In Connection With The Tender Are Also Indicative Only. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Apply The Partial Performance Rule In Section 8, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2 And Can Therefore Purchase Up To 20% Of Its Total Consumption From Other Suppliers. To The Extent That A Purchase Is In Connection With A Building And Construction Service, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Offer This As An Independent Task Or As Part Of The Overall Building And Construction Task. All Of The Ordering Partys Units And Institutions Are Covered By The Contract.
