Civil Engineering Consultancy Services - Total Renovation Of Alssund School And Gråsten School - Total Advice, Sønderborg Municipality. These Tender Conditions Relate To The Tender Of Total Consultancy In Connection With The Total Renovation Of Alssund School And Gråsten School In Sønderborg Municipality. The Tender Concerns Two Contracts, Cf. Section 49(1) Of The Public Procurement Act. 1, And Offers Can Be Submitted For Either One Or Both Contracts. The Total Consultancy Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With Sections 61-66 Of The Public Tenders Act With A Prior Pre-Qualification. The Tender Is Divided Into Two Contracts, And Tenders Can Be Submitted For Either One Or Both Contracts. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Two Contracts/Total Consultant Agreements, And Offers Can Be Submitted For Either One Or Both Contracts. Assessment Of Applications And Offers Is Carried Out Individually For Both Assignments And Independently Of Each Other. The Two Projects Will Be Carried Out In The Design, Tender And Execution Phase With A Time Shift, As Can Be Seen From The Main Timetables For The Two Projects Attached As Project Document 2.05 And 2.06. The Architects Blaavand & Hansson, In Collaboration With Nerd Architects, Have Drawn Up Master Plans And Sketch Proposals For Both Schools. The Two Existing Outline Proposals Form The Basis For The Projects And The Two-Number Consultant Services For Each Of The Schools. Reference Is Made To Draft Proposals For Each School, Which Describe The Two Renovation Projects In More Detail. The Renovations Of Both Schools Are Planned In Stages, So That The Schools Can Continue Their Daily Operations Throughout The Renovation. Reference Is Also Made To Other Project Documents In The Tender Material. The Total Consultancy Includes The Design Of Layout Proposals/Project Proposals, Authority Projects, Demolition Projects, Tender Projects, Contract Tenders (Main Contractor) And Execution Projects. Total Advisor Is Responsible For Authority Petitions, Design Management, Construction Management, Professional Supervision, Follow-Up, Ict Management, And Working Environment Coordination (P+B). The Ordering Party Intends To Select 4 Applicants Who Will Be Invited To Submit Offers. If More Than 4 Applicants Meet The Contracting Authoritys Minimum Requirements For Suitability, The Contracting Authority Selects The Applicants Who Will Subsequently Participate In The Tender On The Basis Of An Assessment Of The Applicants Competencies To Carry Out The Tendered Task.
