Type Of Contract: This Contract Is A Service Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 2, 21°, Of The Law Of June 17, 2016 Relating To Public Contracts. Purpose Of The Services: The Relocation Of The Assets Of Civa (Kanal Architecture) And Kanal To The New Building Of The Kanal-Centre Pompidou/Civa Museum (Kanal Architecture). Comment: This Contract Is A Joint Contract, In Accordance With Article 48 Of The Law Of June 17, 2016 Relating To Public Contracts, Launched By The Kanal Foundation And The Civa Foundation (Kanal Architecture). Its Objective Is To Appoint Movers For The Relocation Of The Assets Of The Kanal Foundation And The Civa Foundation (Kanal Architecture) From Their Current Location To The New Site Of The Kanal-Centre Pompidou Museum. Kanal Is A Project Supported By The Brussels-Capital Region. Located In The Former Citroën Garage In Yser, Along The Canal, Kanal Will Become A 40,000 M² Art Center With A Multitude Of Spaces Dedicated To Modern And Contemporary Art, Architecture, Dance, Cinema, Performance, Music, Gastronomy, Study And Contemplation. In This Art Center, Civa (Kanal Architecture), The Information, Documentation And Exhibition Center For The City, Architecture, Landscape And Urban Planning Of The Brussels-Capital Region, Will Join Kanal To Present Exhibitions And Organize Various Activities (Conferences, Symposiums, Film Screenings, Etc.). Civa (Kanal Architecture) Is At The Same Time A Museum, An Archive Center, A Library, A Meeting Place, Mediation And Discussion On Architecture, Landscape, Town Planning And Ecosystems.
