The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Solid Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Byczyna Commune, Waste Collected At The Selective Waste Collection Point And Solid Waste From Public Utility Areas In The Byczyna Commune, In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Storage, Including In Particular: A) Collection, Transport To The Disposal Site And Management Of Waste Generated In The Byczyna Commune From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live (Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings); B) Collection, Transport To The Disposal Site And Management Of Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Called Pszok), Located In Polanowice 94; C) Collection, Transport To The Disposal Site And Management Of Solid Waste From Public Utility Areas, D) Organization And Operation Of Mobile Collection Of Bulky Waste, Used Electronic And Electrical Equipment, Used Tires From Households, Textile Waste And Clothing; E) Collection Of Expired Or Used Medicines Delivered By Residents To Pharmacies And Expired Medicine Collection Points; F) Supplying Owners Of Residential Properties With Ldpe Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, G) Providing Owners Of Residential Properties, At Their Request - With Containers For Collecting Waste - A Service Provided Under The Contractors Contract With The Property Owner At The Expense Of The Property Owner; H) Equipping The Pszok With Containers, I) Providing And Placing Containers Intended For Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste With A Capacity Of 1,100 Liters, Graphite Or Black, Marked With The Inscription Mixed Waste In The Necessary Quantity In The Public Utility Area - Cispol In Polanowice (Item 2 Of Annex No. 1 Of The Opz). 2. Municipal Waste Collection Must Be Divided Into The Following Fractions: - Collected Directly From The Property: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, B) Paper And Cardboard, C) Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Packaging Waste, D) Glass, E) Biodegradable Waste, Including Biodegradable Kitchen Waste, Green Waste, - As Part Of The Campaign Collection, Additionally: F) Waste Large-Size, G) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, H) Used Tires, I) Clothing And Textiles, - Collected At Pszok: A) Paper And Cardboard, B) Plastics, C) Multi-Material Packaging Waste, D) Metals, E) Glass, F) Biodegradable Waste, G) Brick Rubble, H) Construction And Demolition Waste, I) Insulating Materials, J) Waste Roofing Felt, K) Bulky Waste, L) Used Electrical Equipment
