Transport Equipment And Auxiliary Products To Transportation – Purchase Of Containers For Arcs Sorting Facility. The Tendered Task Includes The Purchase Of Containers For Arcs Sorting Facility. The Quantities Specified In The Tender Materials Are Arcs Annual Estimated Quantities During The Contract Period. The Task Is Offered As A Framework Agreement, And It Is Expected That An Agreement Will Be Concluded With 1 (-One) Suppliers. The Services Covered By The Framework Agreement Are Requested By Arc As Needed And With Varying Scope, Quantity And Time Consumption. Purchases On The Framework Agreement Will Be Made By Using, Cf. The Framework Agreements Section 4.1. The Estimated Quantities Are Based On Arcs Historical And Expected Consumption. The Maximum Quantity Stated In The Tender Material Is Based On The Need For Containers. It Is Expected To Purchase 10 Containers For The Sorting Facility In The Period 1 August 2026 To 1 September 2026. It Is Expected To Purchase A Further 10 Containers Over The Autumn For The Sorting Facility. In Addition, The Assignment Contains The Following Options For Additional Purchases: Additional Purchases Of Containers During The Contract Period: Approx. 10 Pieces In The Size 12-14 M3 Purchase Of Containers During The Contract Period: Approx. 10 Pieces In The Size 16-18 M3 Purchase Of Containers During The Contract Period: Approx. 10 Pieces In The Size 22-24 M3 Arc Reserves The Right To Increase The Purchase By Up To 100% For Each Of The Above Containers. If Arc Buys For 100% Of The Quantities Above, The Maximum Quantity Has Been Reached, Which Is Why The Framework Agreement Ends In The Same Way As If The Agreement Had Expired.
