Plumbing And Drain-Laying Work - Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Construction And Assembly Works For A Site: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Razevo Konare, Municipality Of Kaloyanovo, Region Of Plovdiv. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Prepare An Investment Project In The Technical Phase, To Carry Out The Construction Provided For In It And To Exercise Authors Supervision For A Site: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Razevo Konare, Commune. Kaloyanovo, Region Plovdiv. The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Order Includes The Following Activities: ● Activity 1: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase, According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; The Object Is The Fourth Group, Second Category, According To Regulation No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Types Of Construction. ● Activity 2: Construction/Smr - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer; The Object Is The Fourth Group, Second Category, According To Regulation No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Types Of Construction. ● Activity 3: Authors Supervision - Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Execution. In Addition To The Three Main Activities, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Following Accompanying Activities: • Implementation Of Authors Supervision Under The Zut, Technical Solutions, Additions And Changes To The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; • Handing Over The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Document Model No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Documents And Protocols During Construction; • Elimination Of Deficiencies, In Case They Were Found During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; • Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction And Removal Of Defects Within The Warranty Periods. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Documents Attached To The Technical Specification. The Total Term For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Award Must Not Be Longer Than 610 /Six Hundred And Ten/ Calendar Days, With The Contracting Authority Setting The Following Maximum Deadlines For The Performance Of The Activities Subject Of The Award:  For The Development Of A Technical Investment Project - No Longer Than 60 /Sixty/ Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Award Letter For Start-Up Of The Activity And Ends With The Signing Of A Finding Protocol, With Which The Contracting Authority Accepts The Prepared Technical Project For The Site;  For The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works - Not Longer Than 550 /Five Hundred And Fifty/ Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site With The Signing Of Act Model No. 2A Until The Date Of Handover Of The Construction And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Act Model 15 According To Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003;  Author Supervision During The Execution Of The Cmr Of The Site Is Carried Out From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site And Ends With The Drawing Up Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction (Pr.
