The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An X-Ray Diffractometer Equipped With A Chamber For Environmental Measurements And A Sample Changer. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Necessary Software For The Analysis Of Measurement Data, Transport, Delivery, Installation At The Ordering Partys Premises And Training In The Operation Of The Device And Software For A Group Of At Least 3 People. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Gdańsk University Of Technology, Faculty Of Electronics, Telecommunications And Computer Science, Ul. Siedlicka 5A, 80-222 Gdańsk, Building No. 41 Room 056. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Define The Offered Products, Characterizing Them By Indicating In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Required Information Enabling The Identification Of The Offered Subject Of The Order. The Form Constitutes The Content Of The Offer And Cannot Be Supplemented. The Ordering Party Also Requires The Submission Of The Said Evidence. Detailed Information Is Provided In Chapter Xvii Of The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Without Previous Use, Technically Efficient, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, And Will Be Consistent With The Recommendations, Standards And Applicable Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland. The Contractors Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties Without Any Comments. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Completion Date Is Up To 24 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Co-Financing Conditions, The Final Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Financed From The Funds Of The Initiative Of Excellence - Research University (Idub) Program Is Set For December 15, 2026. This Is The Maximum Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments. Attention! The Final Deadline For The Implementation Of The Entire Contract And Payment Of The Invoice Is Set For December 31, 2026. After This Date, The Ordering Party Will Not Have The Funds To Implement The Subject Of The Contract And Will Withdraw From The Contract Without Setting An Additional Deadline, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against It In This Respect.
