Refuse And Waste Related Services – Public Contract For Services For The Transport And Recovery Of Clinch From The Household Waste Incineration Plant In The Brussels-Capital Region. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Transport And Recovery Of Bottom Ash From The Household Waste Incineration Plant Of The Brussels-Capital Region, Located Quai Léon Monnoyer, 8 In 1000 Brussels. The Bidders Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That A Minimum Of 80% Of The Transport Must Be Carried Out By Barge From The Household Waste Incineration Plant To The Treatment Center (See Title Ii B Technical Requirements). Bottom Ash Is Referenced 19 01 12 In The European Waste Catalog And Included In Section Y47 Of The Orange List. Except In Cases Of Force Majeure Or Incidents Causing The Shutdown Of The Installation, The Estimated Annual Quantity Of Bottom Ash Is 80,000 Tonnes. The Contract Will Have A Duration Of 2 Years From 10/14/2026. The Contract Will Be Renewed Twice For A Period Of One Year, Unless Denounced By The Contracting Authority Notified By Registered Letter Posted At Least 9 Months Before The Contract Expires. When An Interregional Or Cross-Border Transport Authorization File Is Necessary, The Bidder Must Have Approval From The Competent Authorities At The Latest For The Start Of The Contract. The Service Will Be Provided On An Ongoing Basis.
