Sale Of Travel Tickets And Package Tours Services – Reservation, Sale And Delivery On Request Of The Institute Of Oceanology Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences Of Domestic And Foreign Airline Tickets. 1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Successfully Comprehensively Book And Purchase Airline Tickets In The Classes Required By The Ordering Party; 2) Accepting And Executing An Order From The Ordering Party Regarding Reservation, Changing The Reservation, Purchasing A Ticket And Making Any Possible Changes To The Purchased Ticket; 3) Accepting Orders Placed By E-Mail, Telephone, In Writing And In Another Agreed Form - By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party; 4) Processing The Booking Order No Later Than Within 1 Hour Of Receiving It; 5) Immediate Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Purchase Order And Its Execution Within 4 Hours Of Its Receipt; 6) Ensuring The Possibility Of Making A Reservation 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Changing The Reservation And Purchasing A Ticket, Also On Non-Working Days And Holidays; 7) Comprehensive Service For The Ordering Party, Provided Each Time By A Person With The Qualifications Of An Airline Cashier; 8) Ensuring Collision-Free Implementation Of Multi-Stage Foreign And Domestic Connections And The Possibility Of Combining Them; 9) Proposing The Optimal Connection And Alternative Connections In Which The Total Travel Time Is Important; 10) Offering The Cheapest Tickets On A Given Route Specified By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Lowest Available Published Tariffs, Negotiated Rates And Promotional Rates; 11) Offering Various Connection Options (At Least Three Of The Cheapest Connections) Taking Into Account The Most Favorable Flight Conditions While Maintaining An Appropriate Travel Standard - No Later Than Within 1 Hour Of Receiving An Inquiry From The Ordering Party; 12) Applying A Discount Specified In The Contractors Offer Each Time A Ticket Is Purchased (If A Discount Was Offered); 13) Reminders About Upcoming Ticket Redemption Dates For Previously Made Reservations; 14) At The Request Of The Ordering Party - Extending The Reservations Made, And If It Is Not Possible To Extend The Reservation At The Current Price, Notifying The Ordering Party About This Fact And About The New Price; 15) Informing The Ordering Party About All Changes Regarding The Booked Or Purchased Tickets, In Particular Changes To The Ticket Price, Inclusion On The Reserve List, Change Of Departure Time Or Cancellation, Change Of Flight Number - Immediately After Obtaining Such Information; 16) Free Delivery Of Airline Tickets And Vat Invoices To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Within The Time Period Required By The Ordering Party; 17) In The Event Of A Sudden, Free Delivery Of The Ticket To The Customer Service Office At The Airport, Or To The Airline Ticket Sales Point Of The Carrier That Operates The Flight; 18) If The Journey Begins In A Place Other Than Poland, Ensuring The Possibility Of Collecting The Ticket Free Of Charge At The Representative Office In The Country Of Departure Or, After Agreeing With The Ordering Party, Delivering The Ticket Free Of Charge To The Recipient In Another Way Enabling
