Catering Services – Catering Services. This Is An Open Adapted Procedure Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2123-1 And R. 2123-1 3° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Is A Mixed Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators (Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Offers). The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders And Concluding Subsequent Contracts Under The Conditions Of The Specifications. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 1 Year From 08/3/2026 Or Its Notification Date If Later. It Is Renewable 4 Times For Periods Of 1 Year. Commitment To A Maximum Annual Amount Of 100,000 Euro(S) Per Year. This Amount Is Identical For Each Renewal Period. The Estimated Value Of 500,000 Euro(S) Indicated In This Notice Corresponds To The Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration. The Estimated Annual Amount Is Estimated At 25,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Per Year. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include Options (Similar Services And Renewals)
