As Part Of Improving Tool Management, Rtes Helicopter Transport Service (Sth) Is Launching A Framework Agreement Aimed At The Supply Of Plastic Cases Intended For Packaging Protection And Control Units (Upk) And Crimping Dies. Rte Wishes To Adopt Reusable, Robust And Suitable Cases In Order To Improve Mechanical Protection, Limit Dust, Facilitate Lubrication And Optimize The Handling Of Equipment Used By Its Operational Teams. The Contract Includes The Design (If Necessary), Industrialization, Manufacturing, Testing And Validation, As Well As The Documentation And Delivery Of Plastic Cases Complying With The Requirements Of The Specifications Of Particular Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Services Include In Particular: - The Manufacture Of The Cases, Based On Plans Provided By Rte, With Possible Adaptations Subject To Validation; - The Supply Of Different Types Of Cases According To The Cctp: Upk (Jaw Cases And Sheaths In 4 Sizes); Dies (Square Hexagonal, Short Hexagonal, Long Hexagonal); - Compliance With Technical Requirements: Resistance To Shock And Temperature, Chemical Resistance, Protection In The Event Of A Fall, Identification/Color; - The Production Of Prototypes, Tests (In Particular Drop Tests), Test Reports And Manufacturing Files; - Delivery Terms (Packaging By Model, Delivery To Operational Sites) And Compliance With The Schedule; - Provisions Relating To Intellectual Property And Rights To Exploit The Results. This Contract Includes, In General, Any Service Necessary For The Delivery Of Cases Complying With The Requirements Of The Cctp And The Applicable Regulations.
