Road Sweepers – Supply – Multi-Purpose Van For Street Sweeping. The Main Object Of The Contract Consists In The Supply Of 4 (Four) New And Unused Multi-Purpose Street Sweeping Vans. These Machines Are Intended For Maintenance Activities Of Public Roads And Green Spaces In The Municipality Of Bistrița. 1. Main Technical Components The Equipment Requested Must Meet The Following Minimum Specifications: • Chassis: Articulated Type (For Increased Maneuverability). • Engine: Minimum Power Of 35 Hp. • Transmission: Hydrostatic 4Wd (All-Wheel Drive). • Dimensions: Reduced Width (900 – 1,080 Mm) And Height Below 2,000 Mm. • Maneuverability: Inner Turning Radius Of Approximately 900 Mm. • Speed: Minimum 25 Km/H (Transport And Work). They Must Be Configured As Multi-Season Machines: • Cleaning System: Suction With 3 Brushes And Water Recirculation System (For Increased Autonomy And Reduced Dust). • Washing System: Equipped With A Pressure Washing System. • Winter Equipment (Included): A Compatible Snow Removal Blade. O Roller Spreader Type Sprinkler. • Video Systems: Camera At The Suction Mouth And Camera For Reversing, Both With Display In The Cabin. 2. Operations And Services Included Accessories In Addition To The Actual Supply, The Contract Obliges The Supplier To The Following Activities: • Delivery And Commissioning: Delivery To The Beneficiarys Premises Within A Maximum Of 90 Days And Performance Of Functional Tests. • Staff Training: Training Sessions For At Least 4 Operators On Daily Use And Maintenance. • Warranty And Support: A Warranty Period Of At Least 12 Months, Including Corrective Maintenance (Repairs) And Technical Support Through A Mobile Workshop On The Territory Of Romania. • Spare Parts: Supply Of 3 Complete Sets Of Brushes Together With The Machines. 3. Purpose Of The Purchase Modernization Of The Dis Bistrita Fleet To Increase The Efficiency Of Urban Sanitation, Reduce Dust Emissions And Comply With European Environmental Protection Standards.
