The Acquisition Is Carried Out To Safeguard Rfds Responsibility According To § 10A-4 Letter F Of The Waste Regulations, And To Help Ensure That Textiles Go To Reuse And Material Recycling To The Greatest Extent Possible. The Need For Documentation And Control In The Value Chain Has Intensified, And Rfd Wants A Solution That Gives A Better Overview Of Fractions And Treatment Routes, As Well As Reducing The Risk Of Unwanted Handling And Lack Of Traceability. Furthermore, There Is A Need For Reliable Collection At The Recycling Stations, Including Handling Variations And Periods Of Peak Load, So That The Reception Solutions Do Not Become Overcrowded And That The Public Experiences An Accessible And Orderly Offer. Description Of The Assignment Rfd Will Enter Into An Agreement With One Supplier For The Collection, Sorting And Further Handling Of Textiles From Six Recycling Stations. Estimated Annual Volume Is A Total Of Approx. 500 Tonnes, With Expected Variations Throughout The Year. The Assignment Includes Logistics From The Recycling Stations To The Suppliers Reception, As Well As Sorting And Distribution To Further Processing Solutions. The Delivery Must Support High Operational Reliability, Including The Ability To Handle Peak Loads And Help Prevent Overcrowded Collection Solutions, For Example Through Planning Based On Data On The Degree Of Filling. The Textiles Must Be Handled In Line With The Waste Hierarchy, With The Aim That As Much As Possible Goes To Reuse, Then Material Recycling And Possibly Energy Recovery. The Supplier Must Deliver Relevant Documentation On The Processing Route And Quantities, As Well As Ensure Traceability And Seriousness Throughout The Value Chain, Including Any Subcontractors And Recipients. Rfd Ensures Communication To Households About The Delivery Of Textiles. Partial Contracts We Follow The Norwegian Environment Agencys Municipal Guidance On Sorting. It States That The Textiles Can Be Source Sorted Into Three Streams. We Therefore Have 3 Partial Contracts. Bidders Can Only Participate In Re-Use Or Textile Waste Or Wet And Dirty. Providers Can Participate In One, Two Or All Three. Price Or Does Not Participate Is Filled In In The Price Form. The Evaluation Of Partial Contracts Will Be Based On The Same Award Criteria Regardless Of Partial Contract, With The Exception Of Price. All Criteria Related To The Environment And Quality Are General And Independent Of Faction. The Client Will Make A Cost/Benefit Assessment As To Whether Partial Contracts Will Be Entered Into Or Not.
