The Solution Is To Be Established For A Period Of Use Of 24 Months, With Planned Start-Up In June 2027, And With Options For Early Establishment And Extension Of The Lease Period On A Monthly Basis. The Procurement Includes A Complete Modular School With The Necessary Teaching Areas, Group Rooms, Special Rooms, Adapted Department, Administration Areas, Workplaces, Library And Storage Areas, In Line With The Attached Room And Functional Requirements. Physical Education Is Solved Outside The Module School. The Delivery Must Meet The Current Requirements In Tek17, Regulations On Environmental Health Protection, The Workplace Regulations And Other Relevant Technical And Official Requirements. If The Establishment Involves Building And Construction Work, The Building Owner Regulations Apply. The Contractor Must Deliver Complete Establishment, Technical Completion And Operational Test No Later Than Four Weeks Before Start-Up, As Well As Document Energy Performance, Re-Use Solutions And Operational Efficiency.
