Of The Educational And Information Platform (Pei) - An Integrated Digital Environment Supporting The Development Of Strategic, Management And Analytical Competences Of Staff In The Health Care Sector. 2. The Platform Will Combine The Functions Of A Knowledge Repository, Lms/Cms, Test, Simulation And Gamification Modules, And An Ai Assistant. (Rag), Reporting And Analytics, Iam, Communication (Chat, Helpdesk, Faq) And Certification. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz), Including A Description Of The Minimum Requirements, Is Attached To The Swz. 4. The Order Must Be Completed In Full In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppu), Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. 5. Pursuant To Article 257 Of The Act Pzp. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Public Procurement Procedure If The Funds It Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.
