Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Due Diligence Missions. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Use Due Diligence Services Covering Four Complementary Aspects, Namely Financial, Tax, Legal And Social Aspects. These Services Are Intended To Support The Contracting Authority In The Preliminary Analysis Of Various Operations Likely To Be Considered, In Particular The Acquisition Of Companies, The Acquisition Of Participations Or Shares In Companies, As Well As, Where Applicable, The Internalization Of Certain Services. The Objective Is To Have, Prior To Any Decision, A Structured, Reliable And Multidisciplinary Assessment Of The Risks, Constraints, Opportunities And Impacts Attached To The Planned Operation. The Entities Likely To Be The Subject Of An Analysis May Present Very Varied Profiles. This Could Include, Without This List Being Exhaustive, Parapublic, Public, Unlisted Private Structures, Young Innovative Companies Or Start-Ups, Or Any Other Form Of Organization. The Geographical Scope Of The Services Covers Belgium, With A Main Concentration Of Operations And Entities Concerned In Wallonia And Brussels.
