The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Deliveries In 2026-2027 Of Coagulation Factor Viii Concentrate (Plasma-Derived Or Recombinant) In Order To Secure The Continuity Of Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia Type A - Hereinafter Coagulation Factor, With The Availability Category Rp Or Rpz, To Direct Recipients Indicated By The National Blood Center (Hereinafter Nck) Or Other Authorized Entity - Regional Blood Donation And Blood Treatment Centers (Hereinafter Rckik), As Part Of The Health Policy Program Of The Minister Responsible For Health Entitled National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Disorders For 2024-2028, Hereinafter Referred To As The Mz Program, As Well As In 2026-2027, The Delivery Of Administration Sets Or Infusion Sets To Vascular Ports For Patients Indicated By The National Blood Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Nck) Or Another Authorized Entity, Organization Of Deliveries To Patients Homes, Which Is Considered To Be The Place Of Residence Or Stay Permanent Patient, For The Indicated Number Of Patients, Disposal Of Single-Use Equipment And Control Of Drug Consumption, On The Terms Specified In The Swz Content. 2. Total Number (Base Purchase Volume For 2026-2027): 82,800,000 Iu. 3. Expiry Date Of The Medicinal Product, Dose Proportions In Each Supply, Composition Of The Set For Infusion Into Vascular Ports - In Accordance With Swz. 4.
