The Project Contemplates The Removal, Displacement And Reinstallation Of The Existing Perimeter Fence, Along With The Widening And Improvement Of The Sidewalk Located On The Service Street Between Building A And Building B, For An Approximate Length Of 100 Linear Meters. The Works Consider The Disassembly And Removal Of The Existing Fence, Including Posts And Fixing Elements, To Subsequently Relocate The Perimeter Closure Towards The Interior Of The Property, Through The Execution Of New Foundations And The Reinstallation Of The Recoverable Elements. Likewise, The Widening Of The Existing Sidewalk Is Contemplated, Including Specific Demolition Of Interfering Elements, Excavation, Preparation Of A Stabilized Base And Execution Of New Sidewalk Pavement In Concrete Or Material Similar To The Existing One, Ensuring Continuity With The Current Pavement And Adequate Slopes For The Evacuation Of Rainwater. The Scope Includes All The Tasks Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Works, Such As Layout, Signage, Supply Of Materials, Labor, Equipment, Completions And Final Cleaning Of The Intervened Area.
