Deadline for submitting Bids: Exactly at 10:30 AM on the day specified in the announcement. Bids should be deposited in the bids box held every day in the Ministry building. Fees: The specified monetary fee stated on the website shall be paid electronically. A valid certificate of compliance with the national labor regulations, issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, must be attached to the tender.
