1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Mining Works Aimed At Rebuilding And Securing The Sequence Of Workings On Level Vii: Heading Vii-634, 662, 661, Transverse Layer Vii.2. The Mining Works Will Include The Reconstruction And Protection Of Workings With A Total Length Of Approx. 170.00 M (Sections Marked In The Design Documentation No. 25 - 31). 3. The Aim Of The Mining Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Prepared Design Documentation Will Be The Reconstruction And Protection Of The Workings In Order To Restore Their Functionality And Improve Safety Standards For Staying There. Scope Of Mining Works. As Part Of The Execution Of Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Site (Area) Of Works,2) Prepare The Technology For Carrying Out The Works,3) Provide Materials Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works,4) Provide Machines And Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Mining Works,5) Ensure Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise The Mining Works,6) Provide Surveying Services,7) Carry Out Mining Works.
