The Contractor Will Provide A 5-Year Warranty For The Installed Road Signs, A 5-Year Warranty For The Installed Road Sign Posts And A 2-Year Warranty For The Installed Active Road Signs. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Certificate From An Entity Authorized To Control Quality Confirming That The Delivered Products Meet Specific Standards Or Technical Specifications, I.E. A Certificate Of Conformity Of The European Community And Marking The Product With The Ce Mark. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed. Taking Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Article 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs And Accessibility Standards For People With Special Needs.
