1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Office Rooms In The Health Center Building In Nowy Wiśnicz, Including Comprehensive Renovation Of The Rooms Along With Installation Works, Divided Into Two Stages. 1.1 Scope Of The Order The Scope Of The Works Includes The Renovation Of Rooms Intended For Medical Offices And Toilets For Patients, Including The Adaptation Of Selected Rooms To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, And In Particular: • Preparatory And Security Works, • Demolition Works (Floors, Cladding, Wall Fragments), • Making Holes And Installing Lintels, • Plastering Works, Plastering And Painting, • Making New Pvc Floors And Preparing The Subfloor, • Making Ceilings Suspended Metal Structures Filled With Mineral Fiber Boards, Using System Profiles, • Replacement Of Door Joinery And Processing, • Electrical Installation Works, • Construction Of An Access Control System And Commissioning, • Finishing And Reconstruction Works, • Waste Removal And Disposal. The Works Should Be Performed Using Materials And Solutions That Meet The Requirements For Health Care Facilities, In Particular In Terms Of Durability, Abrasion Resistance And The Ability To Be Kept Clean And Disinfected.1.2 Detailed Requirements For Finishing Elements• Interior Doors Should Have Acoustic Insulation At The Level Of Rw ≥ 35 Db, • The Door Should Be Equipped With A Rounded Handle, Mounted At A Height Of 90-110 Cm From The Floor Level, • The Solutions Used Should Ensure Safety Of Use And Ergonomics, Especially For People With Limited Mobility. 1.3 Access Control System As Part Of The Order, An Access Control System For The Facility Should Be Constructed, Enabling The Management Of Multiple Passages And Its Further Expansion. The System Should: • Be Based On A Central Control Unit Supporting At Least 16 Doors, Expandable, • Enable Expansion Through Modules Communicating Via The Rs-485 Bus, • Use Proximity Card Readers (Rfid) With Keyboard (Multi-Factor Authentication), • Provide Communication Via Rs-485, Wiegand And Lan Interfaces, • Enable Management Via Lan And Locally (Usb), • Be Equipped With A Buffer Power Supply With Battery Backup, • Enable Card Programming In The Mifare Standard, • Ensure Event Registration And Working Time Recording Functionality.1.4 Technical And Quality Requirements Of The System1. All System Components Must Be Brand New And Come From An Official Distribution Channel For The Eu Market. 2. The System Must Be A Complete And Compatible Solution (Single Manufacturer Or Approved As A System Solution). 3. Solutions With Parameters Worse Than Those Specified In The Opz Are Not Allowed. 4. In The Case Of Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Must Demonstrate Equivalence In Terms Of: O The Number Of Supported Doors And Expansion Possibilities, O Communication Interfaces (Rs-485, Wiegand, Lan, Poe, Usb), O Integration With Working Time Records, O Multi-Factor Authentication, O Cooperation With Mifare Cards, O Operation With Battery Backup. 5.
