1. The Order Concerns The Construction Of A Municipal Road - Ul. Kujawska In Jarocin With A Designed Length Of 148.30 M On The Section From The Existing Intersection With The Municipal Road - Ul. Wielkopolska To The Intersection With Ul. Brdowa In Jarocin (Defined In The Design Documentation As Axis A). The Works Consist Primarily In The Construction Of The Road Surface, Exits And Accesses To The Gates Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Along With A Rainwater Drainage System. In Addition, The Scope Of Works Includes Hardening The Area On Both Sides With Openwork Slabs Filled With Granite Aggregate. The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Building Permit Decision No. 105/2026 Of April 1, 2026. (A-Bs.6740.1.90.2026.Cj) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain For The Ordering Party A Certificate/Document Of No Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Submitted By The Contractor (To The Ordering Party).
