1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Purchase Of A Complete Gpc/Sec Gel Chromatograph For The Institute Of Polymer And Dye Technology, Faculty Of Chemistry, Lodz University Of Technology. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2) Delivery (Including In Particular Loading, Transport, Carrying, Unloading And Setting Up In The Indicated Place) To The Analytical Laboratory Belonging To The Institute Of Polymer And Dye Technology Located In The A8 Building At Ul. Stefanowskiego 16 In Łódź, 3) Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment In The Analytical Laboratory Immediately After Delivery, 4) Conducting Free Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Proper Operation Of The Equipment And Maintenance. The Training Will Take Place Immediately After Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment. The Training Will Take Place Stationary At The Ordering Partys Headquarters For 1 Day (8 Hours),5) Providing A Guarantee Of The Quality Of The Equipment For A Period Of At Least ... Months Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Guarantee Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6) Performance Of Warranty Service During The Warranty Period, Including The Provision Of Technical Assistance.2. The Equipment Should Have The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage, And Without Previous Use. It Cannot Be Used As An Exhibition, Post-Exhibition, Test Or Demonstration Item. It Cannot Be A Prototype. It Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.4. The Equipment Should Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 5. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 6. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
