Tenders are invited for Annual Cleaning, Internal Transport, and Waste Disposal Works for All Units of the Public Authority for Manpower. Documents Price: KD 50 Documents may be obtained from: General Services Department Tenders Preparation and Follow-up Section, 10th floor, Public Authority for Manpower headquarters, Al-Rigai, Block 2, Street 106. Important conditions and instructions: Bidders must present a purchase authorization letter, a copy of the civil ID, and company documents upon purchasing the tender documents. Payment for the tender documents shall be made by K-Net card only. The final deadline for submitting bids is 1:00 PM on the specified closing date; a bid submission authorization and a copy of the civil ID must be presented. Bidders must submit a valid national labor percentage certificate valid for one year from the date of bid submission. The tender is indivisible; alternative offers are not accepted; bids shall be submitted under the single-envelope system (technical and financial). Bid Bond: KD 1,500, valid for 90 days, in the name of the Public Authority for Manpower. Pre-tendering meeting: Will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 15/04/2026, in the meeting hall adjacent to the office of the Deputy Director General for Human Resources and Financial Affairs, 11th floor, Public Authority for Manpower headquarters.
