Tenders are invited for Selection of a Suitable Consulting Firm to "Conduct Bird Collision Risk Modelling using Existing Avifaunal Data for the Proposed Veravil Wind Power Project" The Chairman, Department Consultants Procurement Committee, on behalf of the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA), invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to Conduct Bird Collision Risk Modelling using Existing Avifaunal Data for the Proposed Veravil Wind Power Project. Interested bidders may inspect and download the bidding document from the SLSEA website: www.energy.gov.lk. Parties wishing to submit proposals shall pay a non-refundable fee of LKR 2,000.00 to the Shroff of Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority, No. 80, Sir Ernest de Silva Mawatha, Colombo 07. A copy of the payment receipt must be submitted along with the bid. Bids submitted without a copy of the payment receipt will be rejected. Bids shall be valid until 17th August 2026, each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 50,000.00, valid until 17th September 2026 as specified in the bidding document.
