Tenders are invited for Selection of Consultant for the Preparation of EDB Strategic Plan (2027-2029) 1. The Economic Development Board (EDB) is inviting bids from eligible consultants for the Preparation of EDB Strategic Plan (2027-2029)(Relaunched) as more fully described in the bidding documents. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Public Procurement Portal: https://publicprocurement.govmu.org/publicprocurement or downloaded on the website of EDB: https://edbmauritius.org/procurement 3. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Ground floor, 7, Exchange Square, Wall Street, Ebene, 72201 by latest Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 15 00 hours. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. 4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who may wish to attend in person at the above address, on Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 15 05 hours. 5. EDB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
