The Technical Services Branch Of The City Of Tornio Tenders The Construction Contract For The Maintenance Building Of Tornios Pohja Stadium. The Form Of The Contract Is A Shared Contract, Where The Contractor Of The Construction Works Acts As The Main Contractor. The Construction Site Includes The Construction Of The Pohja Stadium Maintenance Building Project In Accordance With The Attached Contract Calculation Documents. The Construction Site Is Tornio, Address Vapaudenkatu 4, 95400 Tornio. The Form Of The Contract Is A Shared Contract, Where The Contractor For Construction Technical Works Acts As The Main Contractor. In Section 3.3 Of The Contract Program (Appendix 1). The Said Works Are Performed As Side Works Subordinated To The Main Contractor In Accordance With The Rt 80271 Subordination Agreement. All Contract Documents And Supplementary Documents Are In The Annexes And Links Attached To This Request For Tender. By Subordinating The Subcontract (Rt 80271, Section 3.2), The City Of Tornio, Acting As The Developer And Customer, Transfers To The Main Contractor The Coordination Of The Different Contractors And The Obligation To Ensure That The Subcontractors Perform Their Work In The Order Indicated In Their Contract And Subordination Agreement According To The Schedule. With The Subordination Agreement (Rt 80271, Section 6), The Contractors Become Mutually Liable For Damage Compensation For The Damage They Cause Negligently Or Intentionally. The Civil Engineering Work Contract, The Hvac Contract And The Electrical Contract Are Performed As Total Contracts Without Index And Currency Linkage In Accordance With The Fixed Payment Installment Table Defined In The Contract Contract. Alternative Or Conditional Offers Are Not Accepted.
