Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – New Construction Yard With Village Community Center In Stiefenhofen, Specialist Electrical Planning. The Municipality Of Stiefenhofen Intends To Award The Specialist Electrical Planning (Lph 1-9) For The New Construction Of The Building Yard With A Village Community Center At The Sports Field In Stiefenhofen Through A Negotiation Process With A Participation Competition. The Commissioning Should Take Place Gradually. In The First Stage, Lph 1-4 Should Be Commissioned. The Client Intends To Call For Further Lph (5-9) As The Planning And Execution Of The Construction Work Continues. The Client Reserves The Right To Limit The Commission To Individual Service Phases Or Partial Services Of Individual Service Levels Or To Individual Sections Of The Construction Project. The Client Also Reserves The Right To Carry Out Individual Partial Services Of The Hoai (E.G. In Lph 6-8) In Coordination With The Planner. According To The Current Status, The Electrical Specialist Planning In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai 2021 Paragraph 1 (Lph 1-9) Should Cover The Following System Groups: Alg 4: High-Voltage Systems, Alg 5: Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems, Optional Alg 7: Use-Specific Systems And Process Engineering Systems, Optional Alg 8: Building Automation And Automation Of Engineering Structures.
