Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The City And Commune Of Górzno From July 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027.. Iv A. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste, Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, From Properties Located In The City And Commune Of Górzno Where Residents Live, From Specific Properties Located In The City And Commune Of Górzno Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, From Properties Where There Are Summer Houses Or Other Properties Intended For Recreation And Recreation, As Well As Running And Maintaining A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Providing Bags Or Containers For Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Property Owners. It Is Prohibited To Mix Waste, Including Waste From Separate Contracts In Accordance With Art. 33 Section 2 Of The Waste Act, Which Imposes The Obligation To Collect Separately And Prevents Combining Waste Streams Of Different Origin Or Composition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Obligations Contained In The Provisions Of The Swz And The Agreement, As Well As To Exercise Due Diligence Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. Iv B. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Collection Directly From Property Owners Indicated In The Swz Of The Following Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City And Commune Of Górzno: A) Paper, B) Metals, C) Plastics, D) Multi-Material Packaging Waste, E) Glass, F) Bio-Waste, G) Furniture And Other Large-Scale Waste, Used Equipment Electronic And Electric, Used Tires As Part Of A Mobile Collection - Once Every Six Months On A Date Agreed By The Parties To The Contract. 2) Collecting Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Directly From Property Owners Indicated In The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Expand The Catalog Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste At Source. The Contractor Will Not Claim Higher Remuneration For This. 3. Running And Maintaining The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In A Way That Allows Easy Access For All Residents Of The Commune, Ensuring That At Least The Following Separately Collected Municipal Waste Is Accepted From Property Owners, In A Manner Consistent With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City And Commune Of Górzno: A) Paper; B) Metals; C) Plastics; D) Multi-Material Packaging Waste; E) Glass; F) Bio-Waste; G) Hazardous Waste; H) Expired Medicines And Chemicals; I) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes; J) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste; K) Used Batteries And Accumulators; L) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; Ł) Construction And Demolition Waste; M) Used Tires;
