Trenchless Pipe Filling (Soil Pressure / Drilling Fluid Process - Hdd) - Trübpi Altengrabow, New Construction Of Communication Network (All-Ip) The Subject Of The Lot Is Trenchless Construction Methods For The Production Of Pipe Routing In The Altengrabow Military Training Area. Pipe Jacking Work Is To Be Carried Out Using The Soil Displacement Process (Soil Pressure / Earth Rocket) Including Start And Target Pits, Evidence Preservation/Settlement Control And Documentation As Well As Horizontal Flushing Drilling (Hdd/Drilling Flushing Process) Including Construction Site Setup/Site Preparation, Starting/Target Pits, Drilling And Intake Work, Flushing Management And Flushing Disposal. The Hdd Line Routing Is Carried Out In Sections And Must Be Manufactured In Such A Way That The Energy/Medium Voltage Line And The It Empty Pipe Route Are Routed Separately (3Xdn 50) Must Be Provided (Pressure-Tight, Calibrated/Testable). The Potential Control/Earthing Conductor Must Be Carried In The Ground (Introduction During Pullback/Retraction, Exit On Both Sides And Connection To Defined Grounding/Potential Equalization Points). The Work Is Carried Out In The Homogeneous Areas According To The Subsoil Report: Earth-O (Top Soil), Earth-A (Sands/Silty Sands) And Earth-B (Filling/Construction Rubble Possible, Selectively). Quantities/Scope (Total Quantities, Approx.) Soil Pressure (Earth Rocket): 12 Pieces Including Associated City/Target Pits As Well As Documentation And Evidence Preservation/Subsidence Control (Hdd): A Total Of Approx. 4,300 M, Of Which • Firing Range Area: Approx. 3,900 M (Continuous Trenchless Route) • Command Area: Approx. 150 M (Additional Hdd Section) • Left Construction Area: Approx. 250 M (Additional Hdd Section)
