Architectural Services For Buildings – Planning Services For The New Construction Of The Aviation Innovation Center (Aic) - Property Planning Lot 1. Aachener Kreuz Merzbrück Gmbh & Co. Kg Is Planning To Build The New Aviation Innovation Center (Aic) At The Würselen-Aachen Research Airfield (Fwa) In Würselen. The Project Includes The Planning And Construction Of An Innovative Research And Corporate Campus With A Thematic Focus On Pioneering Aviation Technology And Mobility. The Aviation Innovation Center Is Designed As An Impulse Project For The Development Of A Technology-Oriented Commercial Location And Serves To Network Start-Ups, High-Growth Companies And Research Players From The Areas Of Aviation, Lightweight Construction, Sensor Technology And Autonomous Mobility In Terms Of Space And Content. The Building Will Be Constructed At A Prominent Urban Location In The New Commercial Area, Immediately Adjacent To The Planned Mobility Hub. It Has A Gross Floor Area (Gfa) Of Approx. 11,300 M² And Is Intended To Fit Into The Existing Environment Of The Merzbrück Location And At The Same Time Create An Identity-Creating Place For Innovation And Technology Transfer. A Flexible Building Structure Is Planned With Office, Research, Workshop And Communal Areas That Can Accommodate Different Usage Requirements. In Addition, The Building Will Enable Events With Up To 300 People To Be Held. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Object Planning Services For The Building And Interiors (Within The Meaning Of Annex 10 To Section 34 Paragraph 4, Section 35 Paragraph 7 Hoai) For The Project “Planning Services For The New Construction Of The Aviation Innovation Center (Aic)”. In Addition To Property Planning, Further Specialist Planning And Consulting Services Are Required, Which Are Awarded In Several Award Procedures (Lots). Procurement Takes Place Through An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 15 Vgv. The Client Publicly Invites Interested Companies To Submit Offers. The Bidders Submit Their Formal Offers Based On The Contract Notice And The Procurement Documents Made Available On The Procurement Platform. All Offers Submitted On Time Will Be Checked For Completeness In Accordance With The Formal And Content Requirements As Well As With Regard To Proof Of The Required Suitability (Section 5 Of The Application Conditions) And Evaluated Using The Evaluation Procedure Set Out In Section 9 Of These Application Conditions.
