Construction Work – Designing And Carrying Out The Liquidation Of Toll Collection Points Located On The Katowice Section Of The A4 Motorway, Along With Restoring The Condition Of The Road To The Standards Appropriate For Its Class.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Demolition Of The Infrastructure Of Toll Collection Places (Mpo), I.E. Toll Collection Square (Ppo) Żernica, Toll Collection Station (Spo) Bojków, Spo Ostropa, Spo Kleszczów, Spo Łany, Restoring The Condition Of The Road To The Standards Appropriate For Its Class, Along With Changing The Traffic Organization. The Above Toll Collection Places Are Located On The Main Road And At The Junctions Of The Katowice Section Of The A4 Motorway (Section From Km 287+860 To Km 312+150). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Motorway, Improving Traffic Flow By Adapting The Mpo Cross-Section, I.E. Ppo And Spo, To The Full Motorway Cross-Section In Accordance With Applicable Law, Orders Of The General Director Of National Roads And Motorways And Technical Knowledge. It Is Necessary To Perform All Necessary Design Studies, Obtain On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Approvals Necessary For The Execution Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Provisions Of The Agreement, Perform Construction Works And Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Decisions On The Use Permit, If Required.
