The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is The Delivery And Installation, Commissioning And Trial Operation Of 10 Smart Bus Stop Devices, As Well As The Procurement Of The Supporting Structures That Store And Organize The Smart Devices, The Installation Of The Smart Stop And The Execution Of The Construction Tasks Necessary For Its Design. The Tenderer Wishes To Implement The Installation Of Bus Stops Of Two Sizes. One Is The Type A Smart Stop, Which Is A Smaller Solution In Terms Of Size And Equipment, Adapted To The Conditions Of The Selected Locations, While The Type B Smart Stop Is Larger And Equipped With Electric E-Bike Charging Facilities. The Data For Each Location Is Included In The Technical Description. It Is Necessary To Connect The Individual System Elements To Each Other With Cabling That Complies With The Standard. Only New Products Can Be Offered, Used Devices, Materials And Consumables, Spare Parts, Remanufactured, Refurbished And Other Equivalently Manufactured Products Cannot Be Included In The Offer. An Offer Containing Such An Offer Is Declared Invalid By The Contracting Authority. The Tenderers Express Declaration To Be Attached To The Offer That The Offered Products Meet The Conditions Specified In The Technical Description, And That He Has All The Necessary Permits For The Marketing And Sale Of The Products.
