Medical Information Systems – V 00896 – Electronicization Of Pnmo Health Services. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of A New Hospital Information System (Hereinafter Also Nis) Or The Upgrade Of The Existing Nis To A New Version, The Detailed Specification Of Which Incl. Of The Required Functionalities Is Contained In The Annex To Tender Documentation No. 4 – Technical Specification. The Implementation Of The Subject Of Performance Will Take Place In Accordance With All Generally Binding Regulations And Laws Affecting The Performance Of A Public Contract, In Particular With Act No. 325/2021 Coll., On The Electronicization Of Healthcare And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ministry Of Health Of The Czech Republic, Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services And The Conditions For Their Provision, As Amended, Act No. 48/1997 Coll., On Public Health Insurance, As Amended, Act No. 264/2025 Coll., On Cyber Security, As Amended, As Well As All Related Bylaws. Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Operator Training And Training Of The Contracting Authoritys Nis Administrators, The Provision And Maintenance Of Related Documentation And The Provision Of Technical Support For The System. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of The Concluded Contract.
