Highways Engineering Services – A10 Motorway - Futuroscope / Poitiers Nord - Upgrading To 2X3 Lanes - Main Project Management And Additional Missions In The Design And Construction Phases. This Contract Concerns Main Project Management Services For The Design And Works Phases With A View To Carrying Out The Upgrade To 2 X 3 Lanes Of The A10 Motorway North Of Poitiers, Between The Broadcasters Of “Futuroscope- N° 28” And “Poitiers Nord- N° 29”. Additional Missions Are Also Assigned To The Project Manager Under This Contract. The Motorway Section Affected By The Work Is Located In The Vienne Department, In The Center Val De Loire Region. The Missions Entrusted To The Project Manager Under This Contract Relate To:  The Main Project Management Missions In The Design And Construction Phases Within The Meaning Of The Mop Law And Its Implementing Texts. The Following Missions Are Expected: Appropriation, Right Of Evocation File, Avp Studies, Pro, Act, Via, Det, Opc And Aor Level Studies.  Additional Missions Relating To Technical Studies, Production Of Regulatory Files (Water Law, Impact Studies, Public Inquiry), As Well As The Overall Management Of The Mission In The Design And Implementation Phases. The Successful Bidder Will Have The Role Of Main Project Manager. As Such, He Will Ensure The Coordination Of All Additional Service Providers Involved In This Project. A Risk And Cost Management System Must Be Put In Place. The Candidate Must Include Specialists In All Aspects Of The Operation As Mentioned.
