Systems And Technical Consultancy Services – Service Of Providing It Specialists. 1. The Subject Of The Order (Framework Agreement) Is To Determine The Conditions For Awarding And Implementing Orders For Services, I.E. Ensuring Human Resources From The It Industry By Providing The Ordering Party With Specialists Under The Framework Agreement. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Framework Agreement, Taking Into Account Specific Requirements In Terms Of Competences And Experience For Specialists Of Particular Profiles, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Under The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Will Ensure: 1) Provision Of Services By Specialists To And Under The Substantive Supervision Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Scope Of Tasks Assigned By The Ordering Party, 2) Implementation By The Contractor Of All Activities Related To The Settlement Of Remuneration Of Specialists, Including Hr And Payroll Services For Specialists, 3) Handling Of Executive Agreements To The Extent Necessary To Ensure The Continuity Of Services Provided By Specialists, 4) Professional And High Quality Of The Services Provided.
