Subject Of The Order 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Execution Of: Wharf, Development Of The Area Of Plot No. 29, Including Road, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications Works, Training Platform At The Mill Canal - Posrm Investment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Opz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - And Its Annexes, In Particular The Graphic Annex To The Opz, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bills Of Quantities. 2) Guarantee And Warranty - Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of Quay Equipment - 60 Months - Warranty Period In The Scope As Above. – 3 Months Longer Than The Warranty Period. 3) The Ordering Party Allows That Supplies Or Services May Come From Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union, And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements 2. Equivalent Solutions A Contractor Who Invokes Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party (In Particular, Present The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Product). In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractor Who Offers Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Offered Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Have Better Parameters.
