Bids Are invited for Special disinfestations treatment in KGS HOSPITAL [Area is about 4000 Sqm.].including treatment for bed bugs,cockroach, beetles, crawling pests,etc by Spraying Deltamethrin. 2.5%. in approved brand ISI marked chemical insecticide / pesticides. complete all as per technical pecifications, as per manufacturers specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights/lifts. NOTE :-1) Rate is inclusive of cost of chemicals and manpower required. 2) Per operation means Special disinfestations treatment Once in a three Months in all floors of Hospital buiding using approved & suitable quality of chemicals, spray guns, machines, Trained Labour, other allied tools & tackles and all other arrangements for the satisfactory completion of operation. 3) The chemical formulation in the ratio of 25.ml.per lit of water for Deltamethrin. 2.5% to cover minimum 50.sq mtrs area or as actual pest arrise in the situation. 4) Supply of all checmicals is in the scope of the contractor. , Special disinfestations with gel baiting treatment in Nisarga Guest House, Akash Guest House, Sr. Hoslel Guest Houses, employees Mess & Hostel Canteen [Area is about 4000 Sqm.].including treatment for bed bugs,cockroach,lizards,crawling pests by Spraying Deltamethrin. 2.5%.. approved brand ISI marked chemical insecticide / pesticides. complete all as per technical pecifications, as per manufacturers specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights/lifts. Note: 1) Per operation means general disinfestations treatment Once in Three (03) months in all Residential buildings, public buildings and shops using approved & suitable quality of chemicals, spray guns, machines, Trained Labour, other allied tools & tackles and all other arrangements for the satisfactory completion of operation 2) The contractor shall engage sufficient Numbers of workers with tools and tackles to carryout and complete the entire operation of houses and shops as per Annexure within a month. 3) The chemical formulation in the ratio of 25.ml.per lit of water for Deltamethrin. 2.5% to cover minimum 50.sq mtrs area or as actual pest arrise in the situation and minimum Imidacloprid 2.15%Gel 30 grm @ 1 tube to cover 4000.sq.mtrs area.or as actual. 4) Supply of all checmicals is in the scope of the contractor. , All Quarters in Phase - I area at once in Three months [Area is about 75,970.Sqm.] , All Quarters in Phase - II area at once in Three months [ Area is about 52,278. Sqm.] , All shops and public buildings in Phase-I area at once in four months [Area about 11,110 Sqm] , All shops and public buildings in Phase-II area at once in four months [Area about 17,450 Sqm] , Providing and applying anti termite treatment for occupied quarters including drilling the holes at junctions of wall, floor, injecting and spraying the Imidacloprid.30.5% approved brand ISI marked chemical insecticide / pesticides in the holes and plugging the holes with white cement after the completion of job. The work also includes trenching the external chemical toxicant into the soil and applying suitable treatment to termite attacked built in wooden cupboards / shelves in the building. The cost is inclusive of all labour charges, hire charges of required tools & tackles etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturers specification & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all heights / lifts in Phase - I & Phase - II area. Note: 1) Rate is inclusive of cost of chemicals and manpower required. 2) Payment shall be for plinth area at ground floor only. The complaints are to be attended based on the list given by the Engineer. [To be operated on requirement basis]. 3) The contractor shall have sufficient manpower and material to operate this item within a day whenever required. 4) The chemical formulation in the ratio of 2.1.ml per lit of water for Imidacloprid 30.5% to cover minimum 5.sq mtrs area or as actual pest arrise in the situation. 5) Supply of all checmicals is in the scope of the contractor. , Carrying out Fogging, mist blowing, etc., required to control or reducing the mosquito in Phase - I , Phase - II & Phase - III area of Kaiga Township by spraying Deltamethrin 25% approved brand ISI marked chemical insecticide / pesticides,as per manufactures recommendations etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturers specification & as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights / lifts. Note: 1) Rate is inclusive of cost of chemicals and manpower required. 2) One operation means executing the work using approved & suitable quality chemicals, fogging machines, labour charges, other allied tools & tackles and all other arrangements / facilities in the entire Phase - I ,Phase - II & phase - III area including all lift shafts, garbage shafts and sanitary shafts. 3) The operation shall be carried out between 17:00 Hours to 20:00 hours. The entire operation shall be completed within 10 days. 4) The contractor has to survey the entire area and if any water stagnation is noticed in the township area the same shall be treated with Antilarvae treatment under the same item without any additional cost. 5) The chemical formulation Deltamethrin 1.25% @ 50 Ml / 5 Ltrs of diesel for 60 Minute fogging. 6) Supply of all checmicals is in the scope of the contractor.
