Indicative Internal Dimension Of The Container (Lxbxh) 1195X1000x1030mm. 2. Upper Frame Ms Angle And Lower Frame Ms Angle Of 50X50x5mm. 3. Side Frame Vertical Angles (Four Nos) Of 50X50x5mm. 4. Outside Support On Container Both Length Side Walls Of 75X5mm Flat. 5. Outside Support On Container Both Length Side Walls Of 50X50x5mm Angle. Two Supports In Horizontal. One Upper Horizontal Support Shall Be For Mounting Of Lifting Pin Made Of 100X50 Mm Channel And Another One Made Of 50X50x5 Angle. 6. Lifting Pin On Both Width Sides Of 45Mm Outer Diameter With 4Mm Thickness And 120Mm Long Ms Pipe. These Pins Shall Consist Of Stopper On Their Both Ends By 65X65mm Or 65 Mm Dia 4Mm Thick Steel Sheet. 7. Lifting Pins Shall Be Mounted On Upper Horizontal Side Support Of 100X50 Mm Channel To Support These Pins, An Additional Horizontal 100X50mm Flat Shall Be Provided Inside The Channel. 8. Bottom Of The Container Shall Be Supported By 2Nos 100X50 Mm Channel In Width And Cross Supported By 50X50x5 Ms Angle. 9. Twelve Holes Of 30Mm Diameter Shall Be Made In The Bottom For Liquid Drain. 10. Container Shall Stand Over 4 Nos Ms Legs. Each Shall Be Made Of 120Mm Long Made Of 3 B Class Gi Pipe. These Legs Shall Be Capped By 4Mm Thickness Mild Steel Plate And Welded With The Bottom Channel. 11. The Entire Gi Sheet Be Riveted With The Solid River Of Aluminum / Gi Nut Bolt Of Suitable Size No Welding Will Allow On Gi Sheet Except Hooks And Handles. 12. The Whole Structure Of Container Should Be Cleaned Properly Prior To Coating / Painting. The Structure Of The Container To Be Coated With Two Coats Anticorrosive Redoxide Primer And One Coat Of Silver/Green / Black Enamel Paint. An Indicative Drawing Is Also Given Here
