Bids Are invited for Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations - Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational and non operational areas including Terminal buildling, ATS Building, Fire station, Electrical Substation and other ancillary buildings for round the clock operation on all days including Sundays and Holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tool and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaint or fault or breakdown by taking rectification actionensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documentation etc. complete as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC.1. Job also includes attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, providing registers and log books as per formats given in tender document and maintenance of daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis, registers and log books and coordination with OEM Technicians during CMC works etc. by deploying following manpowers as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock (ie. in one shifts basis) on all days including Sundays & National Holidays as per direction of EIC and as per attached Annexure-A of ATC. 1.
