Specific Objectives To develop the Digital Talent curricular frameworks for the target audiences of children (aged 6 to 17) and youth (aged 18 to 29), in accordance with the assessment of training needs, learning methodology, and characterization of each target audience. To create 10 asynchronous e-learning courses based on the basic and first-stage content outlined in the curricular frameworks for each target audience (5 courses per audience), incorporating variations in Quechua and content adaptations for persons with disabilities (PwD).
