General Procurement Notice for Improvement of Transport Service (Phase 3) Construction of Emergency Bridge Under Japans Grant Assistance For the Programme for Emergency Recovery The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) concluded the Grant Agreement with t he Government of Ukraine on February 19, 2024 and its Amendment to the Grant Agreement on November 21, 2025. JICA will extend a grant of fifteen billion eight hundred million Japanese Yen (JPY15,800,000,000) to purchase products and/or services for contributing to the implementation of the Programme for Emergency Recovery for Ukraine. Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) has been nominated as the procurement agent for the Government of Ukraine and will conduct the procurement of products and/or services by utilizing part of the grant through request for quotations to Japanese companies.
