The Aim Of This Call For Tenders Is To Acquire Expert Services To Create The Technical And Regional Basis Of The Circular Economy Park In Koukkuniemi. The City Of Äänekoski Wants To Strengthen The Citys Economic Structure By Creating Conditions For New Business Opportunities And New Jobs, By Establishing A Circular Economy Park In The Area Reserved For A Circular Economy Park In Koukkuniemi. The Goal Of The Project Is To Create An Operating Model For The Circular Economy Park And To Define The Actors, Products And Services Of Its First Phase, As Well As To Map The Starting Materials And Materials That Can Be Started By Utilizing And Recycling The Parks Operations. Äänekoskis Industrial Profile Combines Traditional Strengths And New Innovations, And Solutions Are Actively Being Developed In The Area, Where Industrial Side Streams, Recycled Materials And Renewable Raw Materials Could Be Used More Efficiently. The Focus Of The Development Work Is The Mapping Of Material Flows And Raw Materials, On The Basis Of Which New Business Opportunities Are Identified, Especially In The Fields Of Industrial Surplus Materials, Infrastructure Construction, Demolition, Property Management, Land Use And Energy Solutions. The Operators Of The Initial Phase Of The Park Will Be Selected From Among Identified Operating And Start-Up Companies, And New Innovative Solutions Are Applied For Through An Open Innovation Competition. The Customer Reserves The Right To All Outputs During The Project. The Reports, Analyses, Reports, Conclusions And Other Material Produced During The Project Must Be Available To The Customer After The End Of The Project. In This Procurement, The Reverse Bidding Procedure Is Applied, In Which Case A Cost Limit Of 85,000.00 (Vat 0%) Has Been Defined For The Procurement, Which Must Not Be Exceeded.
